Shipping and Returns
We like to ship your products as quickly as possible, reducing the time you have to wait. We dispatch within 2 working days but usually, any orders made before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (working). You will receive email notifications updating you on the status of your order. Our standard delivery is £3.85 but a faster service is £5.50.

NON-UK, EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to varying legislation across borders on CBD, we don't actively ship aboard. If you wish to order, please contact us first to allow us to understand the legalities of CBD in your jurisdiction.
RETURNS
You have the right to return other items within 14 full days after delivery without giving any reason. If you wish to do this please let us know by emailing us at shop@cbdworxs.co.uk
If you return items in accordance with the above we will reimburse to you the payment received for that item(s) minus the cost of delivery and returns. If the goods are returned in unsaleable condition we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied. We will reimburse you no longer 14 days after we receive the goods back from you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We not process any payments until we have received the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please email us if you have any queries.
